Hmm. That must have changed a few months ago then. It was still definitely ballet girls a few months ago.

Billy Whiz is referring to the Broadway production, not the London production, ITK.

Do ballet girls get the chance to stay on or do they have to be asked?

They are on 6 month contracts. In London, at the end of each contract period, most girls will leave, but some do stay and get moved to different teams. Occasionally a ballet girl will return to the show after doing something else for 6 months. No idea how it will work in the US, but I suppose we will find out before too long.

I can confirm, ballet girls are inside the dresses!!

In the early days that one (the one that falls down) used to be the same person who is 'The Inspector' in the middle of the police line up. May have changed a bit since then.

Well, the dancing dresses in the current cast in london are all ballet girls, my daughter finds it very confined, and although loves the tap dance she is pleased when she is out of the dress!!
