I would like to thank LiamM and BillyElliotLover for their last minute offers. However, the contest is now officially closed. We had hoped to have good participation, but unfortunately, despite the announcement having been posted in all active sections of the forum and the deadline having been extended once, it did not materialize. We had a backup design in reserve, however, and it has already been ordered.

As I noted previously, the backup poster design was ordered. The poster arrived several days ago. I will take it with me to NY for the final show and see that it is taken backstage to be posted by the call board. Here's an image of the poster. Click on the thumbnail to enlarge. You can then zoom in to see an even larger version, which will enable you to read the background print.

This looks nice Ellen. Will those of us who are present that weekend get to sign it?

I think it may not lend itself to signing because of the background print. The message is pretty important, and signing would obscure it. I have been hoping that people would post their messages in the thread provided on here, and those could be printed out and put in a booklet. Unfortunately, there has been almost no response in the thread so far.

Thank you for all of your time on this Ellen! As for the notes to cast and crew, I started writing on the topic of Billy Broadway's closing today and will try to put something specific together as a message to the cast and crew too as soon as I can. Such a hard thing saying goodbye.

I am planning on including my poem, but I was going to close out the thread with it, so that's why I haven't posted anything yet.
