Sorry, but the way I read that tweet, she is simply quoting Britanny Nicholas's tweet in order to congratulate her. I don't think she means that she herself is joining the tour. Perhaps a check of the cast list on the tour's web page is in order.

I agree with Ellen. That was a retweet of Brittany's tweet. Renee is on tour with Dream Girls.
