The Commitments, a stage version of Roddy Doyle's best-selling novel of the same name, will begin performances at the West End's Palace Theatre Sept. 21, prior to an official opening Oct. 8.
It is adapted by the Booker Prize-winning novelist himself, and will contain a score of classic soul songs including "Mustang Sally." It will be directed by Jamie Lloyd.

Killian Donnelly and Sean Kearns, formerly castmates in BETMUK, have joined the ensemble for the musical adaptation of Roddy Doyle's novel The Commitments, to play the Palace Theatre from September 21, 2013, with an opening set for October 8, 2013.

I´ve seen the show last week and it was really phantastic! Nice to see Killian Donnelly and Sean Kerns again - they were great!
