It appears that MTW Wichita may now be producing its own regional BETM production in 2015:

According to this article in the Wichita Eagle, billed as the largest paper in Kansas, a production of BETM will take place at the Music Theatre Wichita; July 8-12; Century II Concert Hall.

Interesting to see Emily Skinner's name in the headline, but not for BETM.

Perhaps she is exercising an 'abundance of caution'? She knows how hard the role is, with even an experienced cast.

More likely is the possibility that rehearsals for BETM will be underway while she is in Big Fish.

Here is an article about summer theatre offerings in Wichita. Kansas. As in Dorothy and Toto. A city the same size as Teeside. I am forever impressed by the growth and vibrancy of regional theatre that is happening now.

I think many in London and the US will recognize the individual and the musical chosen to represent the season's many offerings:
