Is it common to see the dream ballet aerial performed at regional productions?

I would say yes - I have seen 5 different regional productions and they all included aerial dream ballet

It is "common", the one regional production that did not have aerial Dream Ballet of the seven I've seen is Media. However, it is also "commonly" modified from the sequence that was performed on Broadway and the West End. That does not signify a bad thing just that it can be significantly different. So perhaps the best answer we can give is that it is common to see a dream ballet aerial, but it may not be the dream ballet aerial.

The reason the Media, PA production did not incorporate the flying was because the State of Pennsylvania will not allow children to perform on flying rigs, as we found out when the tour stopped in PA and had to lose the flying sequence.
