I always breathe a sigh of relief when an MTI license is validated with an announcement, as it is here:
From February 24 - March 12, 2017, the Chorale will present Billy Elliot The Musical at Center Stage, under the direction of Patrick Payne with musical direction by Christine Gaudreau.

According to the company's website, the parts of Billy and Michael have already been cast. Auditions for all other roles were to be held on Sunday, November 13, with callbacks December 4th.

Billy for this production will be Maurice Kimball. Maurice previously played Michael, and understudy Billy, at the Beck Center in Cleveland in July, 2016. Congrats Maurice!
