Here's another article about the Billy school and artistic company. The translation of paragraph 5 says there will be five Billys and five Michaels. Judging from the preview video embedded in the article, and also in Kport's above post, they have a very talented group of kids already!

This obscure Google Alert turned up the name of one Michael - Ia Holmes:
Ian Holmes (Ensemble) is very happy to be returning to Rubicon Theatre Camp for a second year. At his home in Madrid, Spain, Ian is a seventh grader who loves to tap dance. He also has two dogs and a kitten that miss him very much. Ian is currently part of the Billy Elliot Academy preparing the Spanish premiere of the musical. He will play the role of Michael. Ian's current dream is to be a working actor, particularly film.

Yes, this is an interesting video, and this looks to be a first class production.
I found it strange that they refer to Mrs. Wilkinson as "senorita Wilkinson"

In the original English script, the ballet students refer to her as "Miss" in class:
