I don't usually repost Instagram pictures.
But THIS picture...I thought it was really great.

The iconic, irrepressible, wonderfully gifted NIC DANTES, who has carried Billy's story across country, from his debut at Drury Lane, to two other totally different productions.
His dad's photo will tear your heart out...as it so thoroughly depicts the extraordinary depth and range exhibited in his interpretation, evidenced during every moment he commands the stage.
Frankly, I've never been so moved, or experienced any one like him in the role. Bless his heart.

Re: Chat About Maltz Jupiter Theatre - Dec. 1-20, 2015
The role of patrons at 501(c)3 theatres (that is a designation for a not-for-profit) is vital. Few regional theatres can operate without a host of donors and volunteers who make shows like this possible. The rather grand foyer's walls are lined with the names of individuals, corporations and government agencies who support this theatre. And the sums given are eye watering: the largest was a legacy of $15 million.
Equally important are the volunteers, who give their time to help the audience and keep them safe. They are often the only ones to interact with ticket holders. The Maltz has a wonderful team of very friendly volunteers, beginning with the cheerful 'watch your step' from the greeter at the door!
I would like to give a special shout out to two very special supporters of the Maltz, who underwrote the production of BETM, Peggy and Rick Katz. I had a chance to meet Mr Katz, to thank him for his support of BETM, which extends far beyond this theatre's own show. Such a charming and interesting man, Rick attended every show I have, and was the first to laugh, and cheer, and applaud. He, and Peggy, are real friends of Billy Elliot the Musical!

Maltz Jupiter Theatre posted a reminder on Facebook that this is the last week of their smash hit BETM. Here's a nice photo of Nic getting one of his dance lessons from Mrs. Wilkinson during Solidarity.
