Here's one data point. Both at ART and here on Broadway, I would have given serious thought to buying an OCR on the way out of the theatre if it had been available. Of the 30 or so musicals I've seen, there's only one where that actually happened. If you guessed BETM, you would be correct. :)

They did have a sign at the booth indicating a 4/24 release of the music, but it was also featuring multiple names of pop singers performing on it. So whether that's in addition to or in place of an OCR remains to be seen.

I liked most of the score. There were a few numbers in Act II that I found bland and unimaginative. Act II is where Barrie's theater company is in the process of staging the new "Peter Pan" play he just wrote. We see numbers typical of other 'backstage musicals'. Let's have song about how excited we all are that it's opening night. Yawn. I do hope they can work on this some more.

All was forgiven when the theater troupe brought their play to the Llewelyn Davies house and staged it right there for them. The magic of theater created a blend of fantasy and reality that would be impossible to describe, yet left the audience astounded.

That was easily the best part of the movie...that scene alone would make me see this.

I can accept a weak act 2 IF it ends well...Wicked doesn't so I trash it even with awesome way 1. Your reviews seem to say the very last part is full of magic so cool. The end of the movie destroyed me.

People.com has this article about the show, including some production photos.

The first photo in that article, also posted below on the show's Facebook page, shows Matthew Morrison and Kelsey Grammer in the brilliant Act I finale.

Matthew Morrison appeared on Good Morning America in this behind the scenes look at the show. We get to see a few clips of the musical numbers as well.

I really like the songs I've heard from it so far. Here are a few:

The cast rehearsing the number "Believe" https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=G4P7ME19ySo

The show's songwriter - Gary Barlow - performing "Finding Neverland" and "When Your Feet Don't Touch the Ground" https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-IYX4KxNzYg

Last night was the Opening Night of Finding Neverland on Broadway. Diane Pollock, its Director, is giving an interview on MSNBC's Morning Joe about it right now.
