does this mean they are filming the show for a DVD release?

No. They were making a new EPK, or "electronic press kit." The last one that was made was back when Colin Bates was Billy. This new EPK features Dean-Charles Chapman as Billy, and it's the one that is currently on the Broadway site. The irony is that even though this is the London cast, it is not featured on the London site.

That's interesting. The one linked in multimedia does seem to have been taken down, even though this new link is also a youtube one. I suppose that the person who posted the first youtube video must have done so without permission of the BETM organization or something.
