Well, you can't get any more "official" than this. Ollie has been added to the cast listing on the BETMUK website:

Ollie himself confirms he is on tonight, as he adds his name to the cast board at the VPT.

'Break a leg' is the traditional good wish for actors before a performance.

Dancers are told 'Merde', and not 'Break a leg'. (Bradley can translate 'Merde', if necessary.)

So, Ollie, 'Merde!' And when you aren't dancing, 'Break a leg'!

And here is the traditional BETM good wish:

'Knock 'em dead, kidda!'

There are also several more photos of Ollie taken from what I presume was his Dress Rehearsal, on the above Facebook link posted by CJ-Rochester.

I believe that "merde" is or could be a rather rude word in French!

When I learned french (nearly 20 years ago) - (native french teacher who used to be french school teacher for the youngest) -
we were tought that 'merde' is out of date because it became socially acceptable and wasn't rude enough. Thus 'dégueulasse!' would be used instead.
Maybe Bradley could enlighten us :o

O, well - I got distracted: What I meant to say: After watching Ollie's video I must rethink my priorities. A London visit this year soon seems to become inevitable.

Btw. He's Ollie the third!

Here's a nice article from the Essex Chronicle about Ollie:

Great to see Ollie back on stage Saturday matinee after being taken unwell the previous Wednesday when he was repalced by Elliott. Ollie's acting, line delivery and singing are very good and his Letter is very moving with bags of emotion. He is such a genuine Bily whose personality really gells with the audience as he conveys it so well.
