I'd gotten the impression from Giuseppe's Facebook (and his mom's and Chip's Facebooks, possibly all quoting Chip), that Giuseppe was recording a soundtrack for the show he already completed about Irving Berlin. This story does seem to infer something new though.

Giuseppe posted this video of his performance of The Lazy Song by Bruno Mars at the Laurie Beechman Theater in NYC last night. This is part of the series with Broadway Understudies, this one is called "Half Hour 5".

According to Giuseppe's mom, Sonia Melo's, public facebook, he will be performing in NYC at 54 Below on Wednesday, October 8.

Giuseppe will once again dance in "The Nutcracker" in Minneapolis this December. I believe this is his third year in a row performing there.

It's good to see Giuseppe is keeping up on all the skills of his "triple threatness" by doing various dance things, readings from plays and singing around Manhattan. So when the next big musical comes along he's ready....

Giuseppe is right on target. The teen years are hard on child performers, and he has kept his head down and worked on his craft in a manner that is - extraordinary. He has established a positive reputation in a tough business. Most important, he has remained modest. That is rare.

I suspect he has a glowing future ahead of him - what, with that resume.......

This is pretty cool. Giuseppe now has an award named after him, the "Giuseppe Bausilio Award"! It is intended to honor a rising young multi-talented artist, who is simultaneously making his mark in more than one field.
