The 'Billy Effect' wearing off?

Is the 'Billy Effect' wearing off?

I recall that the VPT producer, who helped direct the national Billy Youth Theatre performances two years ago, intimated that they may commence again some time in the future. Perhaps the 2013/14 school year would be a good opportunity to rekindle interest in school age boys and girls?

While I can't speak to the facts in this particular situation, I personally doubt that will happen. With the dawn of so many dance and talent shows on TV across the world, boys are seeing boys dance, and they're still very much wanting to join in! =) Just my opinion of course. I really hope this article is about an anomaly and not a new reality.
