The official tour site only has links to purchase tickets for San Francisco and St. Louis. I thought it previously had more cities available for purchase. Perhaps Madison isn't the only city that will see a schedule change this fall?

I'd hoped to make the tour stops in Minneapolis, San Francisco, Washington and Boston. I visited Minneapolis first last winter but now as SFO hasn't worked out for me I'm nervous about trusting the other dates.I know I'd have a great time on a trip to these places anyway, but there's an obvious added bonus if I can travel to new places and see Billy Elliot as well! Anyway, better look at what else I can spend my ticket money on while I'm in San Francisco now...

From what I remember the SFO engagement had been a matter for debate for some time in terms of when it would take place and which of the two US casts would perform there. I hope that once the tour schedule gets under way again things will stabalise. Many of the forthcoming engagements are for shorter runs which might assist.

As a New Yorker, I'm keeping all of the above quoted locales on my radar providing I get a permanent job by this winter. The DC one I'll definitely make so I can spend a little time with my friends (met through the Forum) from Maryland.

My partner's parents are moving to North Carolina next month to join his aunt and uncle who moved down 2 years ago. They've already tried to cajole me into spending Christmas with them (a big holiday for me and as I couldn't spend holidays with family for four years in college I know how much I hate being away from them). So I have to see if I can barter a visit pre-Christmas with them instead as part of the DC trip. =)

One year to go (assuming some form of the tour continues) for the Boston visit. Boy, will it be nice to have a half-hour journey to get my BETM fix rather than 4.5. :)

The official BETM Tour website updated the schedule today to eliminate the Wisconsin and Columbus, OH stops and shows the Tour resuming in St. Louis on November 1st.

The first performance at the Boston Opera House is 8/1 - allowing travel days.
