I wasn't quite sure where to post this, or whether it was posted before, but it is a great insight into the technical aspects of putting on the Tour, and also highlights some of the changes from the stage manager's perspective.

That is an excellent video. Thanks for posting it. I think this thread makes a lot of sense for where to post it.

I agree that's an excellent video. It was recorded in Rochester, which is therefore puzzling why it took two months to be posted. The person speaking at the start is Robert Sagan, educational outreach coordinator for the Rochester Broadway Theater League. He was also my 9th grade English teacher and our high school drama director, back in another life. :P

Excellent and informative video. The Stage Manager is certainly a bright guy with the necessary confidence to run a smooth stage. I'm sure it's quite a difficult job.
