You can't see their feet and you do have to look up but you can't beat the great price. However, if you've never seen the London show, I'd recommend seeing at least one show further back where you can see everything. And yes, buying tickets through the VPT website is probably the easiest method to purchase.jakeu wrote:So am I to assume that these seats are awesome despite the alleged partial view? Should I purchase through the VPT website? Any other suggestions for seats to buy? Just asking for a friend...just in case

Re: Billy booking period extended
That`s great news - I`ll be there in 2014. Row B is just perfect
London: 27 shows (Ryan 2* - my first Billy, Dean, Kaine 4*, Adam, Redmand 4*, Harrison 3*, Harris 2*, Tade 3*, Ali 2*, Matteo, Ollie, Bradley, Nat, Euan - my last Billy)
I can´t really explain it, I haven´t got the words
It´s a feeling that you can´t control ...

The increase of £1 in ticket prices is for a restoration levy.
It'll never work.
I've tried to explain to those boxoffice people that the "restoration levy" is pointless on someone as old as myself. It might work on others .... and that £1 price is a lot cheaper than the $1500 the cosmetic surgery center down the road wants to charge to lift and smooth this or that.dancingboy wrote:The increase of £1 in ticket prices is for a restoration levy.
Hopefully there are a few decent seats left by my next payday. Not buying seats is not an option (or is that a double negative?). Discussing buying BETM seats is a double positive in my book!

Billy Extended to June 21, 2014
Haven't seen much written on this. One new sentence under an old headline stating it's now booking through June 21st 2014.

Victoria Palace website says the same "We are currently booking the stage musical of the hit film Billy Elliot until 21st June 2014"

Here's to another year, and the hope of many more!

Today's announcement about Ollie also mentions the VPT is taking bookings through December 19, 2015. This is a good sign.

An article about the show's extension, and some nice photos of Ollie.
