Rebecca Rogers, head of boarding at The McDonald College in Australia, knows how to look after young people – after all she’s been doing it her whole working life.

If that last name sounds familiar, it's because Rebecca is the mother of one of the Australian tour Billys -- Jamie Rogers. She's found what, to her, is a dream job.
