Re: Richmond Reviews
Do you mean there were actually other things happening in the US on Sunday besides the Super Bowl?

Here's a late (but great) review from the Virginia Gazette:

Wow, great review and such beautiful writing. A couple of my favorite excerpts:porschesrule wrote:Here's a late (but great) review from the Virginia Gazette:

For me watching Minard dance was akin to listening to the most extraordinary aria or orchestral overture. His dancing was fluid. His dance poured out of him like notes from a piano. A gorgeous performance.
Janet Dickinson...brought real depth to a character who could easily become a caricature.

Re: Richmond Reviews
I am assuming that this review is an expansion of the earlier one by Ann Efimetz, although her name doesn't seem to be given anywhere that I can see. She regularly reviews theatrical productions for the Gazette, and I respect her opinion, unlike that of the ignorant excuse for a theater critic that wrote the Times Dispatch review.
Just one quibble about Ann's review, for which she can be forgiven: She didn't pick up on the fact that Grandma was played by Susan Haefner instead of Patti Perkins.
