Youtube probably has some covers of this delightful ditty. I learned of it years ago but never understood the significance of it until about 3 minutes ago.

Surprised nobody posted the above wikipedia link sooner (years ago i.e.) (or have they but I just am not aware of it....yet?)

Note well that penka is a Geordism that refers to a small, marble size steel ball bearing used in playing children's marble games, wherein these bearing balls come from (coal) MINING equipment.
