I discovered a moving tribute to the Tour that was posted in Youtube this Sunday. The creator is a fourteen year old who aspires to a Broadway career. One comment is from Madison Barnes. It is refreshing to hear the views of young people. If you have 18.39 minutes, sit down and relive many of the highlights of the 2nd National Tour - and be prepared to Smile.

0.01 to 5.20 are interviews with four girl fans. From 5.20, to the end, there are hundreds of photos and video clips, set to some moving music.

FANTASTIC!
Thank you Bill for sharing this video. I finally got the time to watch it. It was well worth the 18 min.
Hundreds of wonderful behind the scenes photos of cast members, numerous video clips of cast having fun. Touching testimonials from kids who saw the show and how it inspired them. GREAT

There is ..... another.
I suggest you sit down, and pour a large glass of Pinot Grigio before watching.
The last minute may leave you ...... speechless.

Wow that was wonderful. Even though we have seen most of the footage elsewhere, someone did a fantastic job of editing it all together. As you said, the ending definitely tugs at the emotions.

The girls who were inspired by Billy Elliot The Musical are the reason that the show has to continue to be viewed by more people around the world. The show has changed many of our lives, but the effect on young people is BETM's greatest contribution to society. We mourn our loss in North America, but we should be thrilled that others will Be Inspired around the world: South America, and hopefully The Netherlands and Germany... and eventually everywhere.
