It looks like this list has the full adult cast, but is still missing Small Boy and the ballet girls.

This is a guess, which I can corroborate tomorrow, but my theory is that the BGs and Small Boy(s) are 'free range, locally sourced', like the delicious lobster down in Perkins Cove...............

Which is how it should be in Regional Theater.

In fact, the names of daily BGs and Small/Tall Boys are not publicly announced on cast lists in London, either! But tomorrow all shall be revealed!
