Thanks for sharing that ellen! I've been wondering the same thing. Glad to see he seemed to like it.

A bit belated, here is a pic I found in my archive of Jamie Bell attending that official Opening Night:
It was done in front of the Stage Door Pub on 12 May 2005 afternoon before the show - together
with... yes, with Leon, who just had joined the London cast in April 2005 as a "Billy-in-Training",
and Liam, who had done the press night on the evening before: :D 8-)

“It is a great show that people do come and see. Because it's not
just a show for adults, or just for children, or just for people that
like theatre, I'd say for everyone, and it's got so much emotion
behind it. Because who ever comes and sees it, feels the story -
so I think: it's brilliant!" (GM)

Yes, Jamie had been back to the London show at least once or twice
-and made friends with James Lomas (who was around at the VPT quite
often in those days). James was invited by Jamie and accompanied him
to the regional premiere of the Film King Kong in Munich / Bavaria / Germany -
and found that trip an amazing experience.
Must have been winter / early spring 2006 I think -I looked for the article,
but sorry - can't find it anymore. :( :D

Thanks for posting that pic, PaulWilly. I went through my archives and found a similar pic with Jamie posing with James and Ashley. Jamie must have just stood there while the all the Billys and Michaels had their turn posing for pics with him. :D

Thanks, Rich B,
just not with George and Brad - as they were already rehearsing
that afternoon for the Opening Night show same evening - ha-ha. ;)

Maybe you could post that pic of Jamie with James & Ashley here as
well please? Many thanks!

Too bad Jamie didn't come to New York. It would have been cool to have a picture with him Trent, David Kiril and of course Tommy. :)
