While he wasn't one of the original 3 London Billys, I think that the writer is not wrong in saying he was part of the "original London cast," given that the London show is THE original production of BETM.

This video of Trent was posted on the public Facebook page of Jill Johnson Mann. She is the mum of Jamie Mann who has played Billy in a number of regional productions in the US. The video of Trent was filmed at The Maine Event which took place in, surprise, surprise, Maine last week. It's great to see that Trent has not lost any of his amazing tap skills.

On July 1st, Trent will be a featured performer as New York City's Bessie-Award nominated company, Darrah Carr Dance, presents a Percussive Dance Masterclass!

Following a full-body warm-up, the class will explore a fusion of tap dance, Irish step, and body percussion. Participants will learn excerpts of Darrah Carr Dance's repertory in the company's signature style of ModERIN - a unique blend of traditional Irish step and contemporary modern dance. As a special highlight, the class will feature lightning-fast demonstrations by company member Trent Kowalik, the TONY Award winning star of Broadway's Billy Elliot. All experience levels welcome. Tap shoes or Irish hard shoes are recommended, but any hard-soled street shoe will work.
