Thanks for that information, Ellen. It is even more impressive to know that David had a long-time dream that he could fulfill.

It's been quite a while since we have heard about David. Here's a video of him performing at Thommie Retter's THIS WAY TO BROADWAY event in NY recently:

Also from David's public Facebook, posted yesterday:
After some time in the Army and not dancing for a while I go back on Broadway. Couldn't be more excited to perform in "On the town" tonight.

So it seems that David has switched branches of service from the Army to the Navy. :D

Here's the cast page for "On the Town": http://onthetownbroadway.com/cast.php?g ... oCsMjw_wcB

It doesn't look like David has been added yet, but I see another familiar BETM person there--Steven Hanna, former Older Billy.

Former Billy castmate Casey Whyland tweeted this picture of the Playbill insert regarding David's role as "Policeman" in On The Town:

David and fellow former Broadway Billy Trent Kowalik paid a recent visit to rehearsals at Stepinac High School, site of the first production of Billy Elliot The Musical in the United States, according to this random tweet:

The visit had to be pretty inspirational to the cast of the show there.
