It would appear that even before the show opens, jobs are on the line according to a story at ChicagoUnionNews.com

So, now that the show's been playing in Chicago for a couple of months, any reports on how it's doing? The numbers get reported every week for Broadway, but do we know how the difference in theater size vs. ticket price is playing out? Does Broadway in Chicago track this? Does anybody?

I know you can't compare the Chicago production to the Broadway one (different rates for the theaters, smaller cast and orchestra, different capitalization costs, etc...) but I think it would be fun to do anyway...
