Billy Elliot the Forum

Another idea maybe in the achives people could post old reviews of maybe special gala shows or last nights.that they have attended in the past or perhaps very early shows if people can remember them so that people who are new to Billy can have some idea of the wonderful shows in the past.

Sparky (Sparksinsideofme) created pdf's of a couple of years' worth of UK reviews (probably 2005-06) that were stored on the Members Only page. Did anyone download and keep those? It would be great to have them if you did.

I have kept quite a few of my reviews mainly because I keep a theatre review diary.

I did download and save these wonderful compilations. However, I would not want to upload them to this forum without Sparky's permission. Anyone know how to get in touch with Sparksinsideofme?

Did anybody ask one of the old forum admins whether they stored any data before closing it ?

She's kept a few.. i asked the other day and she had my ones from February, so i think the most recent have been kept, though not sure :S

I only found few files with notes I made - without dates. I used to add the weekly schedule to a text file on my pda. I could try and restore the Schedule from october 2006.
It's a shame so many well written reviews that were bringing the shows to life as you read it. Quite a lot of stuff that would've been worth to keep.

I have Sparkys reviews and he has given me permission to post them. I will get them on here as soon as I can.

That is excellent! He did a lot of work to preserve those, so I am really happy that we will have them again!!

I have reviews from September 05 onwards and I would be happy to post them.
