I think you may have missed the context, Billy Whiz. "Podunk" is a name applied to a small, isolated, unimportant town.

To be honest Steven I don't think there is a UK equivalent. I would have understood backwater.

Well that's probably because there is not as many Podunk towns in the UK, ha ha...Do you know what "the boonies" are??

Also, is there such a thing as "Ebonics" in the UK? Just curious, cuz everyone I've ever heard with a British accent sounds smarter than me, even the babies! Also, do you have "ghetto" (or "wanna-be ghetto," like all the 20-something age guys I know) people there like we do here? I'm very interested in our cultural differences!!

Oh yeah, and I just want to say that Corey is awesome...did we ever get to see a pic of his "mohawk" or whatever?

Well yes we did - but it wasn't genuine. Corey and his family thought it funny though.
