If by "start" you mean people who have appeared in the US version of the show, yes. But BETMUK has already launched several careers. I'm thinking of people like young adults Liam Mower and James Lomas who are working professionally in dance and theatre. Younger examples (and therefore the jury is still out on whether they'll make performing a career into their adult lives) are others such as Tom Holland, Fox Jackson-Keen and Dean Charles Chapman, all of whom are working in professional films, theatre and TV beyond their days as Billy.accessmenj wrote:These guys have opportunities in Australia and Amsterdam at their age? Fantastic! I think that this is just the start of Billy Elliot The Musical launching dozens of careers.

Re: Ethan Fuller--Billy: US Tour
I believe those opportunities are for "Intensives." Ballet students all around the US spend a good portion of their summers doing these scholarship programs with ballet companies' schools in many locations. I believe that Landon has already done one such intensive with the RBS last year. I don't think either Ethan or Landon is joining a company at this point. Give them a couple more years.

Ethan will be competing in several categories in this weeks YAGB semi-finals at the Straz, Tampa (where BETM was staged three years ago). He is still being trained by Next Generation Ballet.

Fingers crossed for Ethan in the YAGP competition.
RE Arcadian Broad, do you have a link that confirms your information about him beyond the fact that he competed on AGT and appeared on the Ellen show?

Thanks for that wealth of information on Arcadian Broad, kport. It's always important on here to substantiate what we say about the various people, especially young ones, that we discuss.
Now let's get back to Ethan.
