Maidstone Kent for any of you Southerners..... 23rd-26th June 2010
I know Saturday Night is Sold Out and nearly Friday Night. Also available Wednesday/Thursday Night and Sat Mat.
This is going to be a Great Show, lots of work going into the production, flying included !
I am thinking its a shame that they along with many other youth theatre's never entered the Showcase Competition.

A story about the Northeast Regional Showcase today at the LiveJournal.co.uk told from the perspective of one of the participating youth groups -- the Shotton Hall Theatre School in Peterlee which gave four performances of Billy Elliot in the Easington Social Welfare Centre in April. It stars 11-year-old Sam Burrell as Billy.

A nice article. Sounds like that showcase wouldve been a good one to go to aswell!

So there are going to be 120 cities visited on the BETM US tour?! That's a pretty massive tour. I do hope when they get around to the UK one, that it visits the lenghth and breadth of the country!

Only one week to go until opening night of Billy Elliot The Musical-Billy Youth Theatre at The Festival Theatre Edinburgh.
This production is being staged by Edinburgh Gang Show Productions and The Manor School of Ballet for 3 performances on 4th and 5th June only.
Still some tickets left for all performances in the 1900 seat venue!
