That was astonishlingly good.

He would do well to translate to the London cast as Michael in due course, and then Billy. He needs that environment. Just my opinion.

I expect he will show up on Broadway at some point. Although Mary Poppins is closing, I'm sure there will be other children's roles down the line.

Having seen the unbelievably talented Cal as Small Boy 3 times this past weekend in Richmond all I can say about this little bundle of talent is look out world, a giant of a talent in a small body is coming your way not to destroy but to royally entertain.

A friend of mine just happened to be on the same Southwest flight from Kansas City to Tampa last week as the BETM cast. (She knew because they have Billy Elliot luggage tags.) She said that she was fascinated by 'the littlest one with the violin case strapped to his backpack.' That must have been Cal!
