Well they do have a Billy (Drew) from a neighboring state (Iowa), which isn't that far from Peoria. One wonders if the Peoria folks even attempted to reach out to possible customers in eastern Iowa.
The Columbus and Louisville stops did very well. Both are also smaller mid-west cities. Most of the promotion responsibilities are supposed to be done by the local presenting organization. It sure sounds like they dropped the ball.
