Iceland is not part of Scandinavia per se. It is correctly termed a Nordic Country, as are the three Scandinavian countries of Norway, Sweden and Denmark, plus Finland, the Aland Islands, Faroe Islands, Greenland, Iceland, and Svalbard.Billy123 wrote:It's Norway, Denmark and Iceland. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/ScandinaviaEstonia has applied for membership in the Nordic Council, referring to its cultural heritage and close linguistic links to Finland, although normally Estonia is regarded as one of the Baltic countries.
It looks really cool to me! I gather they've been given free rein to reinvent and re-stage the show, and that can be a lot of fun. Don't go in expecting London or Broadway, and just see what cool surprises await you, I guess. I do think the Maggie Thatcher masks look awesome, but the lighting needs to be improved so there isn't as much glare on the masks.Lola wrote:At the flickr page of the production company Scenekvelder you can look at some first production photos.
They look great! But still, very different.

Wow! Some of them might be the male ensemble cast wearing some "kinky boots" of their own!ERinVA wrote:This one is really something different! Vegas show girls in "Express."

It all looks so juvenile. Like I could've not only choreographed it, but danced it as well. (And I am not a dancer). But, he has a lovely voice.Lola wrote:http://www.tv2.no/play/underholdning/go ... ?wf=latest
Kevin, Sebastian (Michael) and other young cast members perform a mash-up of songs on "God Morgen Norge" - Good Morning Norway
This production will certainly be different. I'm looking forward to reviews!
