If you look at the schedule, they are only doing four shows per week, essentially on weekends.
Considering in London they do 8 shows a week with 4 Billys then it's a very remarkable accomplishment, I think.
Kevin is doing an excellent job, no doubt about it. But remarkable? Again, there have been other examples of longer stints in a week for a Billy -- Tade Biesinger did six in a week at MUNY, Noah Parets and Sam Faulkner each were doing 5 or 6 shows a week at Ogunquit (over a similar length of run show as Norway) and even the London Billys often do three shows per week. In the case of a long run, like in London or Broadway or the North American Tour, four Billys have proven to be the ideal number as over that long period there is definitely wear and tear and the chance of illnesses etc is magnified. But over a shorter run, it's now been proven that you can make do with fewer Billys.
