Finale outfit meaning

The live recording was my first time seeing the show, and I noticed that (if I saw correctly), Older Billy from the Pas de Deux (Liam Mower) was wearing orange miners overalls, up to the waist. Does this have any sort of meaning, such as the possibility that Billy ended up mining, or am I seeing it wrong?

That's because Older Billy is also a member of the ensemble, and plays a miner, a policeman, etc. In Liam's case, he didn't do this, but Barnaby Meredith, the regular Older Billy, does. Barnaby was in the ensemble for this show doing what he usually does besides playing Older Billy.

In the meantime, there is lots to learn about it from reading the threads on here.
