Question:
In the "Billy Elliot: Through the Lens," book there is a photo of Billy (Liam) with Michael sat on Billys bed reading a letter (not sure which) Was this ever part of the early shows?

I saw the show in April 2005 before it offially opened, and when Billy recieved the letter from the ballet school
Billy and Michael were reading it on Billies bed, but after (or maybe before) the opening night,only Billy was reading the letter.

Thanks so much, i have wanted to find out about this. I Always wondered if it had ever made it to the show, or if it where just the two actors having a chat. Thanks very much

Who is the only other Billy (besides Liam, James & George) who can be seen in the 'Thru The Lens' book. He appears once in an 'Expressing Yourself" picture! Has anyone spotted him?!
