And another one

Hi there,
I would like to introduce myself as a new German member of this forum.
I am here by accident. I didn't even know that there exitsts such a thing as a musical based on the motion picture Billy Elliot until about three months ago. At that time a new neat electronic streaming device had been shipped by this well known American internet mail-order company to me and their video streaming catalogue called my attention to that live recording of that show, I suppose everybody in this forum likes so much.
It broke my heart. I was choked by emotion watching this recording. Never before a recording remembered me of so much what is part of my personality, my experience and my life, good or bad.
This musical demands so much of the talented cast, and especially of the Billy's. And this musical has so much to tell aboud grace, pride, sorrow, despair, ambition and dedication, empathy and love. Tears and laugh are very near when watching it.
Since then, I was lucky enough to see the Dutch production in The Hague. The show was very good, but it was evident that it lacks a couple of years of experience. A decadent one-day-trip to London lead me to the VPT in June and I must confess that I was keen to see Elliott Hanna on his part time return to BETM. My son and I had booked tickets for the matinee on June 13, 2015. It made me only a little bit sad to realize later that I have missed Elliott's second last show by a couple of hours, because we were lucky enough to watch an incredible show starring a fantastic Bradley Perret who performed so different from Elliott Hanna.
This show will definetly not have been my last. And it seems to me to have infected at least three more ready-to-go acquaintances with that virus which makes us being a little bit like a zombie, always requiring that blood called BETM.
Till then
Then I saw her face
