A production of BETM will take place at the Spreckels Theatre in San Diego, co-produced by the San Diego Music Theatre and California Ballet, Sep 22 to Oct 8, 2017.

Elliot must have been cast very early. He posted the same photo on his own Facebook page back on December 26, 2016. Congratulations Elliot!

Who will be playing Billy in this run of the production, and what unique talents and perspectives do you expect this actor will bring to the role?
“Our Billy will be played by a young local boy named Charlie Garton. He has a lot of talent and a lot to offer. He is a really smart and has a great natural approach to the role.”

The California Ballet School has trained numerous graduates who have gone on to professional careers in dance with companies nationwide, including David Alvarez who starred as one of the original three Tony Award-Winning Billy's in the original Broadway production.
