Nice to see some familiar names here. Congrats all!
Paramount has found their Billy, two of them in fact, Neo Del Corral and Sam Duncan, who will alternate in the role.

Principal cast members include Michelle Aravena (Mrs. Wilkinson), Ron E. Rains (Dad), Barbara Robertson (Grandma) and Spencer Milford (Tony).

I've got my tickets!!!

Since I almost never sleep these days at the normal time, I was able to spring into action the minute this thread lit up. In just a few hours I'd settled on three shows over two days, snagged my hotel (three blocks away from the theatre) and lined up direct flights to and from ORD. I've only ever connected through Chicago once in my life, so this will be my first time actually in the greater Chicagoland area. I have vowed to never attempt driving in winter conditions (a bit late to be learning those skills) so I chose middle March, which is well into the final weeks of this run. If it's still windy or snowing, I'll be cabbing to and from the airport anyway. Flying on a domestic carrier is all the excitement I can muster .... even as part of a short Billython.

I've been a fan of Neo since I saw him several times at the Bakersfield Dinner Theatre version of BETM. I imagine he'll have grown a bit as he was quite wee back in November of 2022. And Sam Duncan's extensive social media footprint leads me to believe he's a theatre kid dynamo with lots of credits to his name already.

Speaking of casting for Billy, how come young Michael Cash has never played Billy? Perhaps too busy with Broadway runs of this and that.

Although the Paramount's ticketing system lists many performances as "excellent" on the seats you can still buy, it looks like most of the front three-quarters of the center section are well sold out through season subscriptions already. I was buying single seats and got excellent locations on the front row left, and row three, center. Prices up front are $79 a pop. Reasonable for a theatre the size of the Paramount.

Y'all gotta come on down and see this iteration of Billy. I am expecting just over 9 hours of bliss.

Just booked my tickets for Sunday, March 10th. Thank you for the Twitter post, SkyKid!! I did not know about the upcoming Chicago area production of BETM, and am excited for the show. I've seen it many many times already (31?), but the last time was over 5 years ago.
