I have posted what info I have. To my knowledge, he is not an understudy, but the fourth Billy. His name is J.P. Viernes, and we have a new thread for him here
http://www.billyelliottheforum.me.uk/fo ... 854#p22854. The fact that they are preparing to announce him as one of the Billys before the show goes into rehearsal suggests that they have decided it makes sense to run with four from the start.

I would hate for him to go through what Tommy did as "The Understudy" so let's start off as we mean to go on and call him the 4th Billy.
